IEP 1003© Door Controller offers a practical and useful solution in door control with its features. This control card, which has its own power source, does not require additional equipment such as photocell breakout box or control receiver unit. The basic parameters of the door can be easily adjusted via the potentiometers on the board. The card is designed for 24V DC, 100W brushed dual-channel 100 ppr encoder motors that use low voltage. It has an automatic measurement feature to adapt to doors of different sizes. In heavy traffic, it automatically increases the door open waiting time (can be canceled) to adapt to the conditions.
During power outages, it continues to operate with the help of 2 optional batteries. "IE Pot 1002 Potlu Kart" has a 3-stage braking system. All functions, speed, and similar settings can be adjusted with the function switch. The card features an RF Module Monoblock (compatible with remote control).
For remote control identification process, the power supply to the card is cut off, the switch button is held down for 5 seconds, and power is supplied to the card again during this time. When the LED lights turn on and off, the switch button is released. After the warning sound from the card, the buttons on the remote control are coded sequentially, and the door is allowed to reset itself. When the setup is completed, the remote control will be operational.
The location switch, connected via the RS485 communication input, can be shown on the graphic (as an image) or on the 2x16 LCD screen.
All functions, such as opening and closing the door without opening the cover, can be adjusted, including opening and closing speed. In addition, fault codes can be displayed on the digital screen with 4 language options.
Note: Each card can have a maximum of 4 remote control connections.
